I help people move from Me to We when life, work, and identity start pulling in different directions and change is needed, but direction is still unclear.
The starting point is usually a Future Literacy reflection. Together we explore the futures you imagine, the futures you fear, and the futures you may want to create. This helps step outside the pressure of the present and look at life, work, and identity with greater clarity.
From that reflection the work moves into execution using my Personal Holistic by Ikigai and Purpose Driven Business Model Self methodology.
This framework translates insight into practical building blocks so that clarity becomes action and progress can be sustained over time.
